The company is led by a highly qualified professional – Alfio Troeman - with a master degree in both business administration and engineering, having vast international and local experience and knowledge in the area of program, portfolio, project and general business management.

To work in various countries around the world (Europe, Asia, Middle East, Caribbean and South America) has further deepened his experience particularly with regards to the management of human resources involved in delivering a project successfully.

Alfio Troeman has actively been managing multi-discipline, large and complex projects both on the international scene and locally on the island of Curaçao .
